INetRail Mobile™ Privacy Policy

1. About this Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is used at Industrial Networks, LLC. This document will describe the details of what data we collect and what it is used for.

2. Personal Information Collected

The use of personal information is used for account creation, form completion, database access, and functionality inside the application. First and Last Name

  • Email

  • Signature and initials

  • Location

  • Camera and Microphone

  • Photo Library Access

  • Document/Downloads Folder Access

  • IP Address

3. Plan to Get and Use of Personal Data

  • When users request information to perform their tasks, their IP address is recorded.

  • Email, first name, and last name are to setup an account for the user. With this, they can login and navigate the application.

  • Signature and initials are used for inspections and are optional.

  • Camera, microphone, and photo library access are used to upload images to record the current state of railcars for inspections or records of proof.

  • Location is used to determine the closest recorded railcar spot to the user. This is used as an easier way to lookup specific data.

  • Folder access is to allow for downloading forms and images.

4. Privacy for Minors

The use of INetRail Mobile™ is not intended for minors under 18 years of age, although the application does not contain any kind violence, mature content, or gambling.

5. Specific State Law Requirements

The California Consumer Privacy Act and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act require specific disclosures.

  • We explain what the information is used for in Section 3.

  • We do not share or sell information,

  • Any information kept is for purposes of solving issues with the applications or audit like processes.

6. Controlling Privacy

Users are allowed to change the application’s permissions from their settings. The only consequences the user will face are not being able to utilize the entire application’s capabilities but can still use it for the processes as everyone else.

7. Cookies

INetRail Mobile™ does save information directly to the device. This information is saved to the device and can be cleared by reinstalling the application or clearing stored data from the device’s settings.

  • Saved railcar information intended for later use and uploading data when service is available.
